Welcome to Catherine's Corner.
Are you looking for healing for yourself from traumatic experiences in childhood or beyond? Feeling the pain of broken relationships, hurts or loss, from the past or more recently? Or perhaps navigating feelings of being different in the world?
Equally your concern may be more in the here and now or the future, about a decision you need to make, a pattern of behaviour or relating to others that you'd like to change or a dream you'd like to turn into reality?
I offer individual and couples therapeutic coaching sessions with a trauma-informed approach, underpinned at all times by person-centred values of acceptance, realness and empathy. I also offer (see my explanatory video via this link) EMDR trauma therapy, person-centred counselling and clinical supervision for counsellors or other helping professionals.
I work with many issues but some of my strongest passions are neurodiversity, relationships and trauma.
Within any of my services I can offer spiritual coaching if you wish to talk about this aspect of your life, whatever your spiritual or faith background is. My own faith is Christian. From 2026, I can offer to walk individuals, couples or groups through the 'Restoring Relationships' journey for relational healing rooted in Christian values. I am currently completing my certification for this with Bethesda Family Services Ministry, founded by US psychologist Dominic Herbst.
I am also currently completing a certificate in Spiritual Accompaniment, the practice of supporting an exploration of your spiritual journey, whether you identify as having a faith or not. I can offer this service from 2026 as well.

Discounts are available for block bookings and concession prices may be available depending on circumstances.
