I uphold a 48hr cancellation policy, which means that you are entitled to cancel your appointment up to 48hrs in advance of the session (via email) and you will either be refunded or your payment can be used for a different session slot. If you give less than 48hrs notice prior to your session or do not attend without informing me, the missed session is chargeable and non-refundable. I will endeavour to rearrange if I have any available spaces within the same week, alternatively offering Zoom or telephone if you cannot attend in person on the planned day, but if neither of these solutions are possible the cancelled session will be charged.

If I cancel your session due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you via email to let you know as soon as possible to rearrange or refund. I will aim not to disrupt your counselling process to the best of my ability.

The therapeutic or coaching relationship should be one built upon trust and openness. I will not discuss any content of your therapy sessions with any other individual, apart from my own private supervisor. Anything that is shared with my supervisor in reference to you will not include your full name or any other identifying details about you. There may be some cases where I may need to break confidentiality e.g., if you or someone else is at risk of harm, but I would discuss this with you first.
